We all dream of owning this season’s new Mulberry bag or Christian Louboutin’s new range of breathtaking stilettos, but there is alway the question niggling at the back of our minds.. is it really worth it?
I say yes.
I only own one item of ‘designer gear’, but it is without a doubt the best.
It was my birthday gift for my 18th. Went out with my mum for the day for a sophisticated day in Selfridges, London. After trying on countless Chloe, Vivienne Westwood, Paul Smith, McQueen items, i was left speechless after spotting my cute little Moschino dress. The feel of quality designer items is incredible, and if you are a highstreet gal like myself, it is amazing to see how differently the fabric fits the figure and the cuts of the garments. It was completely inspirational to see the amount of hard work that goes into designing and creating such exquisite garments! I love my highstreet brands, but nothing quite beats designer fo a good quality, beautiful garment.
People always compliment this dress whenever i wear it out, which is a real confidence booster!
I’ll wear and love it forever.. that’s why i believe that designer items are TOTALLY worth it :)
